2. Contracting party & conclusion
The contracting party is 4YOU CUBE GmbH. The product display is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded upon our confirmation or dispatch.
3. Prices & launch price
All prices are in Swiss francs incl. statutory VAT. The launch price (CHF 29.–) is time-limited and may be adjusted at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of order applies.
4. Shipping & delivery
We deliver within Switzerland. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online via TWINT, debit or credit card. Payments are processed by certified payment providers. Purchase on invoice is not available.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Withdrawal & returns
The 4YOU CUBE is a perishable food. For health and hygiene reasons, returns of opened or no longer flawless goods are excluded. In case of a defective, wrong or damaged delivery, contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Warranty & defects
The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply. Obvious defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
9. Food information
Ingredients, nutritional values and allergens are shown on the product pages and packaging. The 4YOU CUBE is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Recommended serving temperature: 15–22 °C — do not store in the fridge.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (incl. product liability). Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
11. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law & jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
13. Dispute resolution & final provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remainder is unaffected. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before an arbitration board but always seek an amicable solution.
