How long does shipping take?
We ship across Switzerland. Delivery currently takes a maximum of 3–4 business days. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
How can I pay?
You can pay conveniently online with TWINT or common debit and credit cards. Members and participants of RE4MER Training can also buy 4YOU CUBES directly at the studio before or after class — soon at more studios too.
At what temperature does the cube taste best?
Your CUBE tastes best at 15–22 °C, as we use no stabilisers. So don't keep it in the fridge — or take it out 15 minutes before eating.
Can I return or withdraw from my order?
As this is a perishable food product, returns are only possible for unopened, undamaged goods for hygiene reasons. If anything is wrong with your delivery, contact us directly — we'll find a fair solution.
Is the 4YOU CUBE suitable for people with allergies?
The 4YOU CUBE is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, with no added sugar and no artificial preservatives. You'll find the full ingredient and allergen list on every product page. If in doubt, please contact us before buying.
What is inside the cubes?
The 4YOU CUBES are based on oats, linseed flour and sunflower seeds. Every cube contains all the nutrients and vitamins you need for a healthy, balanced diet. With 8 g of protein and only 119 kcal per cube they are your perfect companion in everyday life or during training. The cubes are vegan, lactose- and gluten-free and come entirely without added sugar or artificial preservatives. You will find the exact composition in the respective product descriptions in the shop.
How many cubes are in a pack?
Every bag contains 8 cubes. One cube against the first hunger, two to three as a smart meal backup.
